The Studio Phoenix - Body Collection
BODY classes take our passion to be AF and applies it to a full-body class incorporating functional movements, stretching and breath awareness. All of this is done from a knowledge of body mechanics and properly aligned positions. Every class is modifiable and accessible for any body type. We take pride in embracing each body in the way it shows up, and in helping YOU to feel stronger from the inside out.
